Returns & Exchanges

At Fatboy BMX, we want to ensure you are stoked with your new ride; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your unused gear within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in brand-new, unassembled condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully disassemble any components and place the bike or parts back into the original factory box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your shipping label clearly on the outside of the box and drop it off at your local carrier; we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in resellable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
