What makes Fatboy BMX bikes different from standard BMX bikes?
Fatboy BMX bikes are specifically engineered with a reinforced frame and oversized fat tires to handle high-impact stunts and provide superior stability on various terrains while maintaining a compact, agile profile.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
For safety and shipping efficiency, our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and adjust the brakes. A basic tool kit and instructions are included in every box.
What is your return policy for bikes and parts?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bikes that have been fully assembled or ridden are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a warranty on your frames?
Yes, all Fatboy BMX frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Components and parts are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Are Fatboy BMX bikes suitable for adults?
Absolutely. While they are smaller in scale, our bikes are built with heavy-duty components designed to support riders of all ages, including adults, up to a weight limit of 250 lbs.
